My name is Camille McGuire and I draw your dreams. This is the first time I've drawn someone else's dream. "I have a recurrent dream since I was a young girl. I am at the beach, in Acapulco, where I was born. I don’t remember who is there with me, but there are other people, enjoying the sun and the breeze. It is very hot but the water of the Pacific is cool; the waves are small but the undercurrent is strong, as usual in Acapulco. I am standing exactly in the section where the waves have broken already and extend like refreshing plates of kaleidoscopic shapes on the sand, which shines as if embroidered with tiny jewels. Some waves reach as high as my waist but most of them splash at knee height. I stand sideways in relation to the waves, so as to offer minimal resistance. Every now and then I look at the people on the beach, but my senses are focused on my body and the wonder of being there. Then, all of a sudden I turn my head towards the ocean and I see a ...
